Che'Lu Bar&Grill-San Sebastian sinks Gamboa Coffee Mix-St. Clare

Che'Lu Bar&Grill-San Sebastian stretches its winning streak to four game with a 79-73 victory over Gamboa Coffee Mix-St. Clare on Tuesday in the PBA D-League Aspirants' Cup at the Pasig Sports Center.
Kent Ilagan finished with 17 points and Jeepy Faundo tallied a double-double with 11 points and as many rebounds for the Revellers, who led by as many as 14 points, 71-57, late in the fourth quarter.
After a tied first half, the Revellers separated from the Coffee Lovers in the third quarter. Bar&Grill-San Sebastian went on a 19-run to end the period with a comfortable 55-46 lead.
"Thank God, nakasurvive ulit kami. Crucial ito kung gusto naming maka-placing ng maganda," said coach Stevenson Tiu.

Faundo and Allyn Bulanadi (12 rebounds) got their way in the paint, so it was easy for the Revellers to dominate the boards,73-55, and take a 44-26 advantage on points in the paint.
Alfred Batino added 10 points for the Revellers, who improved to 6-3 and bolsters their chances for a playoff berth. Gamboa Coffee Mix-St. Clare dropped to 3-3.
Trevis Jackson scored 19 points and Junjie Hallare added 16 for the Coffee Lovers, who struggled offensively. Gamboa Coffee Mix made just 29 percent of their attempts on 26 of 87 shooting.
Aris Dionisio contributed 14 points including a layup with 7:42 left in the third quarter to tie the count for the last time at 36-all. He also had 12 rebounds.
Ilagan broke the deadlock with a jumper, 10 seconds later and Batino and Faundo hit a basket each to make it a 6-0 run that gave the Revellers a 42-36 lead. Che'Lu Bar&Grill-San Sebastian never looked back after that.
