VALENCIA City Bukidnon-SSCR and Centro Escolar University dispute the top spot in the Foundation Group Tuesday in the 2019 PBA D-League at Paco Arena in Manila.
The Golden Harvest and the Scorpions lead the group with 3-0 record, promising a tough encounter at 2 p.m.
RK Ilagan and Allyn Bulanadi, who led Valencia-SSCR to an 82-73 victory over SMDC-NU last week, are expected to once again carry the fight for Golden Harvest.
Golden Harvest coach Egay Macaraya is optimistic his troops will be able to sustain their effort as the season progresses.
"Right now, everybody wants to win. Kahit na sino, gusto manalo. I guess the character of the team, nandoon na," he said.

The Scorpions are just as determined though. CEU is coming off an 80-77 squeaker over Metropac-San Beda last week.
CEU mentor Derrick Pumaren their defense works well for the team. As testament, the Scorpions rank second in points allowed with 72.67 per outing.
"We get inspired with our defense and that's where we start our offense," he said.
Senegalese big man Maodo Malick Diouf will once again take the lead for CEU together with Rich Guinitaran and Tyron Chan.
