Letran eyes quick bounce back to cement place in the playoffs

WANGS Basketball @26-Letran attempts to book a spot in the 2022 PBA D-League Aspirants' Cup playoffs for the second time as it takes on Centro Escolar University on Thursday at Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.

The Knights are intent to bounce back after incurring a 94-87 loss to EcoOil-La Salle on Tuesday that halted their unbeaten 3-0 run.

The loss spoiled the return of head coach Bonnie Tan and top guard Fran Yu, both of whom just got out from health and safety protocols.

"Lesson learned para sa amin yun. Kailangan naming mahanda sa mga makakalaban pang mabigat dito sa PBA D-League," said Tan of the Knights tough defeat to the Green Archers.

This game at 1 p.m. should offer a quick pivot for Wangs-Letran as it aims to still be in the mix for the top two seats which comes with an outright semis berth.
