Centro Escolar U seeks a second straight win against Go Torakku-St. Clare on Thursday in the 2024 PBA D-League Aspirants' Cup at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.
Action gets going at 4:30 p.m. with the Scorpions looking for a quick follow-up to its 126-91 blowout of Keanzel Basketball last week.
Another win would keep the Scorpions right behind the league leaders EcoOil-La Salle and Marinerong Pilipino-San Beda, both with 3-0 marks.
"I trust my players that they will step up. We just need to stay composed on both ends, We have to execute well on offense and defense," said CEU coach Jeff Perlas.
But Go Torakku-St. Clare, under the watch of seasoned coach Jinino Manansala, is expected to give CEU a run for its money.
