ANDRE Paras understands that he has such big shoes to fill following the footsteps of his father Benjie.
After all, Benjie isn't just a two-time PBA MVP, he is the only player to win the top individual plum in his rookie season in the pro league.
Still, a coach who handled the young Paras believes that Andre can still have a decent career, especially now that he has declared for the upcoming PBA Draft.
Mark Herrera has no question that the 6-foot-4 Paras has what it takes to make it and have a solid career in the PBA.
"Ready na ready na si Andre para sa PBA," the mentor said.

Paras spent the better part of the past three years with Herrera in AMA Online Education, linking up in 2017 after his short runs at the University of the Philippines and San Beda.
Despite his busy schedule as an actor, Paras managed to split his time as a celebrity and as a basketball player.
He showcased his grit as the lead star of the AMA Online Education frontline where he teamed up with the likes of TNT's Kib Montalbo and Meralco's Aaron Black.
"Napakasipag ni Andre sa AMA. Almost all-around ang nilalaro niya para sa amin," he said.
That's why Herrera has his full belief that although the 25-year-old isn't as decorated as his dad or not as highly touted as his younger brother Kobe, Andre certainly will be a steal for whichever team decides to select him.
