Kooper Garces tallied 14 points and Adrian De Guzman added 11 as the Batang Dyip finished at No. 2 in Group B with a 2-1 slate.
The Batang Dyip were actually tied with Meralco and Rain or Shine with similar records but gained the upperhand due to superior quotient.
In another 13U duel, Talk 'N Text carved out a 73-69 win over Ginebra in the battle for the No. 1 spot among semifinalist squads in Group A.
Lance Yaya (19), Prince Concepcion (13) and Fritz Avillano (10) starred for the Batang Tropang Giga, who finished the elims with a 3-0 slate.
