TALK 'N Text and San Miguel Beer put away their respective rivals to stay unbeaten Tuesday in the 2023 Batang PBA at the CCF Center in Pasig.
Talk 'N Text got the better of Converge in the battle of unbeaten squads, 65-60, to stay on top of Group C while SMB also remained unblemished in Group B by clipping Backwater, 84-69.
Pio Lorenzo rifled in nine points while Juaquin Alfonso Gallardo and Carl Gabriel Delos Reyes scattered eight each as the Tropang Giga stretched its winning record to 3-0.
Converge tripped to 2-1.
Julian Mylez Villano scored 25 points and Francely Baldomino added 17 for the Beermen, who also improved to 3-0. Blackwater slid to 1-2.

In other 14-Under games, PBA All Star Dark pummeled PBA Greats, 102-54, Purefoods escaped past Northport, 62-59, Red President bested All PBA Stalwarts in overtime, 96-90, and Ginebra clobbered Terrafirma, 95-59.
Kiefer Lambert Panganiban posted 20 points for the All Star Dark, which improved to 2-1 behind SMB in Group B.
Quintino Marcus Molina showed the way for Purefoods with 14 points while Mark Jade Dulin had 13 for Ginebra as both squads gained a piece of second spot in Group A with 2-1 cards.
Meanwhile in the 12-Under games, Sista clobbered PBA All Star Dark, 111-15, while PBA Greats smothered NLEX, 103-42.
Yhanz Kraiffer Selom tallied 14 points to lead five players in double figures for Sista, which tied TNT for the Group C lead with similar 2-0 slates.

Xerone D'Andre Dizon had 21 to lead PBA Greats to a 3-0 record in Group B.
