FIRST in, first out.
Meralco wrapped up its bubble training camp on Sunday after a two-week stay in Laoag, Ilocos Norte.
The Bolts were the first to complete the necessary swab test required of all teams to finally start scrimmages, and immediately went out of their way to travel up North last May 16 to set up their training camp.
The team stayed at Fort Ilocandia and practiced at the Laoag Centennial Arena.
For the next two weeks, the Bolts have basketball for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as they grind out by doing daily 5-on-5 practices, strength training, aqua training, and extra work.

The two-week stay passed by quickly as the team is now back in Manila and stands by on when scrimmages will resume.
"We head home stronger and more prepared for the return of the PBA," said the Bolts in their official Facebook page.
Gunner Allein Maliksi earlier went home ahead of the entire team to see the birth of his second child with wife Kaye Maliksi.
Meralco is one of three teams that held training camp under a bubble setup outside of Metro Manila to prepare for the coming 46th season of the league.
TnT Tropang Giga is also in Ilocos Norte along with the Bolts, while the NLEX Road Warriors are in Clark City in Pampanga. Both teams are also in the process of completing their respective camps. (RG)
