Charles Garcia begs for understanding as he slowly integrates himself to coach Tim Cone's system in Ginebra.
"It's a process," he said after another defeat, this time at the hands of TNT, 96-92 on Sunday.
"I'm new to the program and the team and it's still a long season. I believe in my guys. We're gonna battle out there. I'm not worried, it's basketball."
Garcia has been averaging 17.0 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 5.0 assists, and tallied 15 points, nine boards, two dimes, and two steals in the defeat to the KaTropa.
But he's not all too worried with his numbers as he believes that he is yet to perform at his best in his run in the PBA.

"I got to be patient. Obviously. I've given up nothing, so I've got to be more aggressive," he said, acknowledging that he could've done more to nab the win as he took responsibility for his shortcomings.
"I think I let my team down. But I could do better out there because it's a long season."
Just like what Cone is preaching, Garcia believes that he just needs to stay the course as the Gin Kings aim to snap the skid on Friday against Blackwater.
"It's a system, so whatever coach Tim's system is, I'll go do it," he said.
"It's not about my skill set because I know what I can do. But I'm playing in a system that got them far, they got back-to-back championships, and that's what I'm playing."(DL)
