Chris Tiu is calling it quits after playing six PBA seasons with Rain or Shine.
The Rain or Shine guard officially announced his retirement in his twitter account on Tuesday.
"My heartfelt gratitude to every person who has been part of my basketball journey!! Most especially to our Lord who makes all things possible. It's now time to move on. My heart is full. #17 signing off," Tiu wrote.
His announcement all but ended speculation on whether the charismatic Tiu would play another season after a stellar 2017-18 season.
Selected seventh by Rain or Shine during the 2012 Rookie Draft, Tiu was a member of the team that won the 2016 Commissioner's Cup.
