TOP rookie pick Stephen Holt brings a winning mentality to Terrafirma as he eyes to guide the team to the playoffs of PBA Season 48.
The 31-year-old Holt disclosed he makes the playoffs on a consistent basis wherever he plays that he doesn't want to see the streak ends with the Dyip.
"I know this team has struggled in the past, and obviously, I'd love to make the playoffs," he said in his first Media Day in the league.
"Every year in my career so far, I've made the playoffs. So I'm not gonna have that streak ends with Terrafirma."
The Dyip have only made the quarterfinals once during the 2016 Governors' Cup.

Holt knows the pressure right on his shoulders to break that seven-year, non-playoff appearances by the franchise. And he's more than willing to embrace the challenge.
"That's my responsibility coming in," he said.
"As a first pick, obviously I'm not a rookie technically with all the experience I've had overseas.
"And the guys and the coaches know that I'm a good dude, on and off the court. Working hard, just helping the guys in a positive way, and hopefully, we get a successful season." (RG)
