Barangay Ginebra tries to gather some more momentum going into the playoffs while Columbian Dyip fights for survival as they face off in the penultimate play date of the PBA Commissioner's Cup eliminations at the Smart Araneta Coliseum Sunday.
Game time is at 6:45 p.m. with the Gin Kings, the titleholders, priming themselves up for the best-of-three quarterfinals.
At 6-4, they are assured of a spot in the Top Six, but still to be determined is their quarters pairing.
At 3-7, the Dyip are fighting for their lives. They need to salvage their last game in the elims just to have a chance for a playoff crack at the Last Eight.
Ginebra coach Tim Cone said they can't look far ahead if they want to keep their run going against Columbian.

"We can't control who we will play in the quarters. We just need to focus on what is in front of us and that is a very underrated Columbian team who is still fighting for a chance to make the playoffs," said Cone.
"Our goal is to just keep winning and gathering some momentum going into the playoffs. After that, let the chips fall where they may," he added.
The Dyip have put themselves in such a deep hole that they may not survive even if they beat Ginebra should Alaska and San Miguel also win their remaining games.
Columbian's only chance at a playoff is a multi-cornered tie at eighth. It is automatically out if it bows to Ginebra.
Meanwhile, a win for Ginebra means No. 3 or No. 4 seeding in the playoffs.

The Kings settle for No. 4 in case they end up in a tie with the Blackwater Elite who nipped them, 107-108, in an overtime duel on May 24.
Cone's troops were still on an up-and-down ride then.
Going to the Ginebra-Columbian setto, the Kings are back on the run - thanks in part with Stanley Pringle having adapted into the team system already.(SB)
