THE PBA Philippine Cup as well as team activities may have been suspended because of the Covid-19 outbreak, but it doesn't mean the players can't stay fit.
PBA players have found ways to stay in shape and one of those avenues is doing the #HomeWorkoutChallenge and posting videos of their activities indoors.
In fact, the challenge allows Alaska coach Jeff Cariaso to constantly monitor his wards and their activities and reposting the Aces' video workouts.
TNT sniper Roger Pogoy also found a way to stay sharp, posting on Instagram a video of him finetuning his outside stroke in his indoor hoop.
San Miguel guard Chris Ross, on the other hand, posted a photo of him doing the jump ropes in his home on social media.

The global novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has forced the PBA, as well as other leagues to temporarily suspend operations.
The situation has gone worse prompting President Rodrigo Duterte to declare the whole Luzon island under "enhanced community quarantine."
In effect, PBA Commissioner Willie Marcial has also barred teams for holding practice for the next two weeks as the pro league continues to monitor the situation. (RL)
