FOR a minimal fee, the PBA will be able to use the Philippine Arena flooring and retractable rings as necessary provisions for the additional practice venue for the 12 PBA ball clubs at the AUF facility in Angeles, Pampanga.
The special equipment has been transported from Bocaue, Bulacan, and laid down, ready for use at the start of the scrimmages Thursday afternoon.
"Through the kindness of our friends from Iglesia ni Cristo, we have the Philippine Arena flooring that we can use as added practice court in our bubble. Our big thanks to them," said PBA commissioner Willie Marcial.
Play venue is the regular court at the fourth floor of the AUF sports facility.
Meanwhile, the hard court at the second floor was transformed to a court conforming with PBA standards by affixing the Philippine Arena woods. It will serve as practice venue.

By 1 p.m. Thursday, one team will start doing a scrimmage, a big step towards the planned PBA Season 45 Philippine Cup resumption.
"Hinintay lang lumabas ang resulta ng swab test ng admin at iba pang tao sa gym," said Marcial.
As play resumes on Oct. 11, the Philippine Arena flooring will continue to be available as practice ground for teams not scheduled to play.
The regular court will also serve as practice facility from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. before it's cleared and disinfected for the game set at 4 p.m.
Deputy commissioner Eric Castro and technical official Joey Guanio are already in Clark, and they're handling the practice schedules.
