JONNEL Policarpio emerged the MVP of the Draft Combine as Team B1 topped the two-day mini-tournament co-presented by Arena Plus and Daily Fantasy with a 61-44 win over Team A3 Thursday at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.
Policarpio finished with 14 points in the runaway win to clinch the MVP award worth P10,000.
"Bonus lang ito. Nagtulung-tulong lang kami ng mga teammates ko," said the former De La Salle stalwart.
Policarpio was joined in the Mythical Team by Justin Baltazar, Brandon Ramirez, Kury Reyson, and Jordan Bartlett.
All Mythical Team members received P5,000 each. Reyson led the winning team with 18 points, while Agem Miranda of Jose Rizal University added 17.
