Rain or Shine's offensive pattern gets a two thumbs up from Beau Belga.
The big fella said coach Caloy Garcia's strategy tends to mislead and confused the opponents defensively and creates a lot of scoring options for the team.
As a matter of fact, the system has produced four wins in five games for the ElastoPainters in the PBA Philippine Cup with different players taking scoring honors.
"Maganda yung ganung klase na kalat yung scoring dahil you don't know sino iiscore at kung sino yung titira," said Belga following Rain or Shine's 85-72 romp over Alaska at the Mall of Asia Arena on Sunday.
To date, James Yap leads the team in scoring at 15.8 points, followed by Maverick Ahanmisi with 13.0 and Norbert Torres and rookie Javee Mocon at 10.4 each.

Other scoring options include Belga (8.2 points), sophomore guard Rey Nambatac (7.4), Jewel Ponferrada (7.2) and star center Raymond Almazan (5.7).
Nambatac was the unlikely top scorer in the Elasto Painters' win over the Aces, recording 12 points on 3-of-6 shooting.
"Talagang lahat kami pwede, hindi lang si James, hindi lang si Mocon, hindi lang si Maverick. Talagang lahat dedepensahan mo. So, magbebenefit yung lahat, kung sino libre may opportunity to take the shot," Belga said.
"Gusto ko yun kesa yung iisa lang, dalawa lang babantayan mo mas madaling depensahan, unlike dito sa sistema ni coach Caloy, lahat pwedeng tumira. "Even big man, kung libre ka sa three points wala siyang pakialam kung titira ka," he added.
Rain or Shine's hot start was marked by big wins over Ginebra (83-80) last Jan. 26 in Calasiao, Pangasinan and San Miguel Beer (108-98) on Friday in Antipolo City. (JT)
