NEITHER side expects an easy job and a short series.
The TNT Tropang Giga and the Barangay Ginebra Kings are bracing for a long haul but would definitely try to be at their best in each game, including the battle for the 2-1 lead in the PBA Commissioner's Cup best-of-seven finals Wednesday at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig.
The low-scoring, grind-out tiff the last time could be the tone-setter.
"Yun na siguro ang tema ng series, bakbakan all the way to the end," said TNT gunner Calvin Oftana ahead of Game Three at 7:30 p.m.
"Pagandahan ng depensa and magiging tema kasi both teams talagang grabe dumepensa. Low scoring at sa huli kung sino'ng makakadepensa ng maayos yung ang magdidikta ng tempo," Oftana added.

The Tropang Giga were a dominant side in a 95-89 win in the series opener then the Gin Kings got even on a 71-70 escape victory in the next game.
"Obviously, they're not going to be happy about the Game 2 loss, and though we're happy we won, we're certainly not satisfied," said Ginebra coach Tim Cone.
"As well as we played defensively, we still don't feel we played that well of a game on the offensive side so we feel there's a lot of improvement. They're going to improve, we're going to improve. I think it's going to be a hell of a game on Game 3 and the rest of the series."
Both sides do brace for slam-bang third game in the race to four series.
"Since the start of it, coach Tim (Cone) is saying it's going to be a defensive series and some games, we just going to have to win ugly," Ginebra import Justin Brownlee.
