Taking the cue from his big boss Manny V. Pangilinan, TnT Katropa big man Troy Rosario went out of his way and likewise did his share in giving out relief goods to needy people especially after the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) was extended for two more weeks as cases of the coronavirus continuously grows in the country.
The 28-year-old Rosario, also a mainstay of Gilas Pilipinas, distributed the first batch of his donation on Easter Sunday, and vowed that another one is forthcoming.
His initial foray involved more of the homeless around Commonwealth Ave.
"Tinarget namin yung mga homeless. Some mga natutulog sa sidewalk, yung iba namumulot ng kalakal," he said.
Although the effort may not be as extensive as the one being done by Pangilinan and his group that includes Smart Communications, PLDT, Meralco, NLEX, among others, Rosario said he's doing the charity work to help inspire others.

"Posting this not to brag, but inspire others," said the former National University star.
Initially, Rosario and his family were just extending help thru fund drive donations but decided to start their own charity work when the government extended the ECQ to another two weeks.
"So right now, I just want to do my part to help people na walang-wala dahil naapektuhan nitong crisis," said the TnT stalwart.
Rosario said he knows the feeling of not having food on the table.
"Alam ko yung pakiramdam na wala ng mahugot at mapambili ng pagkain," he said.
