Troy Rosario relishes chance to wear Gilas Pilipinas jersey again

TNT KaTropa forward Troy Rosario relishes the opportunity to get a fresh chance to wear the Gilas Pilipinas uniform again under decorated coach Tim Cone this time.

Rosario, a veteran of the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup, is among the 15 PBA stalwarts Cone picked for the Gilas team to the Southeast Asian Games.

Hopefully, mapasama ulit sa final 12," Rosario said after TNT's 103-91 win over Rain or Shine in the PBA's Petron Saturday Special game at the BIg Dome.

Rosario starts the grind with the Gilas SEAG team on Monday, just three weeks after they wrapped up their World Cup stint.

Kahit tuloy-tuloy yung liga tapos may Gilas pa, hahanap-hanapin mo rin yung maglaro sa Gilas eh," he said.

Like most, Rosario welcomed the decision of TNT teammate Jayson Castro to unretire and join the SEAG campaign.
